To access SPARTA, users are required to submit their full name and email address through a form powered by Google Forms.

We also collect:

• Device/browser information through Google Analytics.
• Pose estimation data using your camera—processed entirely on your device (we do not store or upload videos/images).
• Preferences or session data saved locally via localStorage.

We do not use cookies at this stage.

How Your Data Is Used

• Your name and email help us build our early user base and notify you of future features or product updates.
• Analytics data helps us understand usage trends to improve the platform.

We do not sell or share your personal information beyond the services listed below.

Third-Party Services We Use

• Google Forms – name/email collection

• MediaPipe – in-browser pose estimation
• Formspree – optional feedback forms
• Vercel – site hosting

These services may collect their own technical metadata. See their privacy policies for details.

Data Security & Retention

• We store your name and email securely in Google Forms.
• We do not store or retain any video or body data—this stays local in your browser.

Legal Jurisdiction & Compliance

Prerequisite to Use

You must submit your full name and email address before accessing the SPARTA platform. This is part of our early access user list and helps us shape the future of the product.

What SPARTA Offers

SPARTA provides:

• Real-time movement analysis of barbell lifts using your webcam.
• Feedback and suggestions on form using AI pose estimation.
• The ability to review and replay your lifts for self-guided improvement.

This is provided as-is, with no guarantees of accuracy, safety, or results.

Disclaimers & Risk

• SPARTA is not a replacement for certified fitness coaching.
• You agree to use SPARTA at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries, discomfort, or decisions made based on feedback from the tool.

Eligibility

• SPARTA is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Minimum age: 13 years.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or misuse SPARTA's code, data, or infrastructure.

Misuse

You may not:

• Use SPARTA for any illegal, exploitative, or abusive purpose.
• Scrape or replicate our service for commercial use.
• Submit false or misleading information.

We reserve the right to revoke access to users who violate these terms.

Fees

SPARTA is currently free. We may introduce paid plans and gated features in the future. You'll be notified in advance of any changes to pricing or access terms.

Spartan Legend Program

SPARTA offers a "Spartan Legend" program that provides early supporters with lifetime access to premium features. This is a "pay what you want" program with a minimum contribution of $15 USD. By participating in this program:

• You acknowledge that SPARTA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Spartan Legend program at any time, with or without notice.
• Access to paid plans and premium features will be automatically granted to Spartan Legends using the email address associated with their PayPal payment.
• If you wish to receive access from a different email address than the one used for payment, please contact us at help@gosparta.xyz or orel@gosparta.xyz to request a change.
• Spartan Legend benefits are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or otherwise transferred to another person.
• SPARTA reserves the right to revoke Spartan Legend status for users who violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Program Modifications: SPARTA may, at its sole discretion, modify the terms, benefits, or availability of the Spartan Legend program. Such changes may include but are not limited to: adjusting the scope of premium features, modifying access terms, or discontinuing the program entirely. SPARTA will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users of significant changes, but is not obligated to provide advance notice for all modifications.
